Their goal was to increase organic traffic to their website, expand the brand visibility, and drive market awareness around some of their most popular products, including their aluminium plantation shutters.
Firewire Digital worked together with Classic Blinds & Shutters to create a new digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO and project management services. Firewire Digital began this undertaking by planning a full SEO strategy and technical analysis to drive key areas of growth.
This strategy was divided into three phases. The first phase was to create a new website, switching the client from a Divi WordPress Theme to Astra WordPress, and a focus on content development. Developing content for the website involves not only producing new content for the site to keep content fresh and to target relevant keyword phrases, but also involves optimising existing content.
The second phase is focused on link building, connecting to relevant industries online and in the local community. The backlink profile of a website is a significant ranking factor and using a targeted link building strategy is effective for improving brand authority, user trust and page rankings.
The third phase focused on after sales follow up to improve Classic Blinds & Shutters digital profile. We worked with the sales team to develop a process to increase the level of feedback from clients and to request Google reviews. Google My Business grew from 50 to 100+ 5 star reviews!
